Returns & Refund Policy
At Lumina Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returning a product.
Order Cancellations

After an order has been placed, it may only be canceled by paying a $20 order processing fee.

If the cancellation is accepted, the $20 fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, the return policy will apply.
Return Conditions

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Items may be tried on, but they must not be worn.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of the items is not allowed.
Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing hello@lumina.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will provide the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
